We Are Campbellot
Campbellot was established in 2022 by Chase Campbell in Hooper, UT. A bakery wasn't always something he wanted to make, but life kept pulling him toward this path and he finally stopped resisting, thanks to supportive family and friends who have helped him along the way.
His passion for bread drove him to start this bakery in order to provide people with nourishing and delicious artisan sourdough bread.

Here we believe in only using whole grains in our breads, why? because that is the most nourishing way to eat them. Freshly ground wheat contains the most amount of enzymes and nutrition in them. The longer they sit the less they have. They also contain all of the wheat grain in them: wheat germ, bran, seed and everything. You don't miss out on anything.
